Geoffrey Serdar
Geoffrey was born in Lisle, Illinois, and moved to Minnesota when his father accepted a position in the trucking industry. His family’s path wound through Minnetonka, the Kingfield neighborhood of Minneapolis, and Bloomington, giving him a lifelong appreciation for the diversity and grit of Twin Cities communities.
He attended Trinity at River Ridge, a classical preparatory school emphasizing ethics, rhetoric, and service, and later attended the University of St. Thomas to study entrepreneurship.
Geoffrey’s first experience in real estate came when his own family had to sell their home under complex circumstances. Managing that process on his family’s behalf taught him how emotional and disorienting estate transitions can be—and how powerful it is to have someone steady at the helm.
He also draws inspiration from his grandfather in Poland, who owned several commercial properties and instilled in him a deep respect for property stewardship and hard work.
Today, Geoffrey combines business strategy with human insight to help families through probate across Carver County, Hennepin County, and the Lake Minnetonka area. He manages more than thirty-eight rental units, giving him firsthand knowledge of property management and investment analysis.
Clients describe him as the one who “makes something complex simple.” He sees probate as an act of advocacy—defending the wishes of those who can no longer speak for themselves and protecting the living from needless stress.
When the workday ends, Geoffrey finds balance in weight training, sauna sessions, and quiet reflection at his Excelsior home overlooking Lake Minnewashta Park Preserve. He prefers solitude over crowds, finds peace in Minnesota’s changing seasons, and treasures time with his wife, Sabrina, and their daughter, Benedetta.
Sabrina Bownik
Sabrina grew up in Mound, Minnesota, surrounded by lakes and family values that shaped her approach to business and life. Her mother was a Realtor®, and from an early age Sabrina saw how real estate could be both a profession and a service. She learned that listening carefully and protecting clients’ interests builds more than sales—it builds trust.
Licensed since 2012, Sabrina has guided clients through over 400 successful transactions throughout the Twin Cities. Her first personal encounter with probate came when her grandfather passed away and her father and his siblings had to navigate the process alone. Watching their confusion sparked a lasting commitment: to help other families face such transitions with structure, empathy, and clarity.
Sabrina’s style is gentle but firm. She believes compassion means “opening your heart and your time” to those in need—making space for their stories, their memories, and their pace. Whether helping a family prepare an estate home or easing the emotions that come with selling it, she ensures every step feels human and respectful.
At home in Excelsior, Sabrina and Geoffrey are active in the Waldorf preschool community their daughter attends and at the Lafayette Club, where family gatherings and seasonal events strengthen the community they love. She enjoys collecting wildflowers, cooking from scratch, and celebrating Minnesota’s seasons with gratitude.
