Geoffrey Serdar
Geoffrey was born in Lisle, Illinois, and moved to Minnesota as a young child when his father accepted a position in the trucking industry. His family’s path wound through Minnetonka, the Kingfield neighborhood of Minneapolis, and Bloomington, giving him a deep appreciation for the diversity and grit of Twin Cities communities.
He attended Trinity at River Ridge, a classical preparatory school emphasizing ethics, rhetoric, and service, and later attended the University of St. Thomas to study entrepreneurship.
Geoffrey’s first real estate experience came when his own family had to sell their home during an emotional and complicated chapter. Managing that process on their behalf showed him how overwhelming estate transitions can be — and how powerful it is to have someone steady at the helm.
He later drew inspiration from his grandfather in Poland, who owned several commercial properties and instilled in him a deep respect for property stewardship, persistence, and hard work.
Today, Geoffrey combines business strategy with human insight to support families through probate across Carver County, Hennepin County, Ramsey County, and the Lake Minnetonka area. He personally manages more than thirty-eight rental units, giving him firsthand experience with valuation, maintenance, tenant relations, and investment analysis.
Clients describe him as someone who “makes something complex feel simple.” Geoffrey views probate real estate as an act of advocacy — defending the wishes of those who can no longer speak for themselves and helping families move forward with clarity and confidence.
At home in Excelsior, Geoffrey finds peace in weight training, sauna sessions, and time spent overlooking Lake Minnewashta Park Preserve with his wife, Sabrina, and their daughter, Benedetta.
Sabrina Bownik
Sabrina grew up in Mound, Minnesota, surrounded by the values of honesty, hard work, and looking out for others. Her mother was a Realtor®, and from a young age, Sabrina saw how real estate could be both a profession and a calling. She learned early that protecting a client’s best interests is more than a duty — it builds trust.
Licensed since 2012, Sabrina has guided clients through over 400 successful transactions across the Twin Cities. Her first personal encounter with probate came when her grandfather passed away, and her family had to navigate the process alone. Watching their confusion and overwhelm sparked a lasting commitment: to help other families face these transitions with structure, empathy, and clarity.
Sabrina’s style is gentle but grounded. She believes compassion means “opening your heart and your time” to those who need it — making space for their pace, their stories, and their emotions. Whether she is helping a family prepare an estate home or manage the emotional weight that comes with selling it, Sabrina ensures every moment feels human and respectful.
At home in Excelsior, Sabrina and Geoffrey are active in the Waldorf preschool community their daughter attends and the Lafayette Club, where gatherings and seasonal events deepen the relationships they value. Sabrina enjoys collecting wildflowers, cooking from scratch, and celebrating Minnesota’s changing seasons with gratitude.
